The only way to check the status of your test is with the Order ID# and the password that was entered into the order form at the time that the test was placed.
The Order ID# is the number that was provided to you in the order confirmation page and order confirmation email after the order was placed.
If you have lost your Order ID#, submit a ticket to our Support Center with the following information: the email you submitted in your order form, the password you submitted in your order form, and the last 4 digits of the credit card that you used to place your order.
