If you ordered the ancestry or health and traits tests, you can view and print unlimited copies of your final results report by logging into your FamilyVault account, then clicking the “My Results” tab. Please remember that you must activate your kit immediately once you receive it by following the instructions provided in your testing kit. Kit activation links your kit to your FamilyVault account so that you can access your results once testing has been completed.
If you order relationship tests, such as the DNA paternity test, the final report will be sent to you once testing is complete and you cannot access the results online.
